The hotel was a great base for enjoying a shopping area, just next door to the trains, transport to the airport and the centre of the city. We liked rooms with the fabulous balcony looking into the park...

location: the hotel was adjacent to train station and centre of bari as well as the square in front of the station with the main shopping street around the corner. the bathroom in my double room was spacious.

This place was disappointing! The mattress was like sleeping on a rock. And, having the same breakfast for 11 days? How unoriginal. I woudl have at least expected a complimentary gesture for putting up with this torture, yet no one even bothered! Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't. What a let down!

The room turned out to be absolutely fabulous and reasonably spacious with a large bathroom as well as the fabulous balcony. The hotel staff was very polite and exceptionally nice.

A lovely balcony view. The area can be quite noisy due to nearby bars and fast food restaurants. Staff were helpful and efficient, and the included breakfast was good, served right in the room. I particularly loved the espresso machine available.

The location was fantastic, right across from the train station and moments from the old town. My room was clean and bright with a lovely balcony view of the Piazza. I slept like a log with the comfy bed and peaceful vibe. The staff was super nice and helpful, especially Samantha, who helped with my luggage. Breakfast was tasty and served right in the room.

Immaculate attention to detail in the interior decor.

I stayed for several nights and was utterly disappointed with my experience. First, the mattress on one side of the double bed was uncomfortable, impossible for me to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast was disappointingly bland, with the same items every single day-there was no variation or options to choose from, frustrating for my extended stay.

The area is crowded and noisy, particularly around the train station!!! Cleanliness of the surrounding area left much to be desired. A little more attention to noiseproofing the rooms could enhance the experience dramatically!!!

Can't recommend highly enough for a brief visit

Comfortable room, good breakfast, with clean and modern decor and a great location just 10 km from the airport, making it easy to explore the city and visit nearby attractions.

This stay had a cozy atmosphere with a balcony overlooking the square and a convenient location close to the train station. I felt so welcome here, especially when the lovely staff took care of my luggage.

I loved the comfortable bed and the cozy little balcony where I enjoyed my morning coffee. There are some great spots to relax, like the shared lounge area and the lovely garden outside. The only downside was the tricky signage, but it didn't really take away from my enjoyable stay! ☕

The room was neat, the staff were very polite, and the atmosphere was quiet, making for a really enjoyable stay that we look forward to repeating.
